دانشگاه اصفهان رویکردهای نوین آموزشی 2423-6780 7 1 2012 03 20 Study of Directorial Role and Relationship of Supervisor and Student from Graduate Students’ Perspectives بررسی نقش و رابطه نظارتی استاد راهنما و دانشجو از دیدگاه دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی ارشد 1 26 19072 FA ناصر شیربگی ، دانشیار گروه علوم تربیتی دانشگاه کردستان صدیقه کاوه‌ای کارشناس ارشد مدیریت آموزشی، دانش‌آموخته دانشگاه کردستان Journal Article 2016 06 14   The overall goal of the present research was to study the graduate students’ views regarding the role of supervisor and students in the process of writing up the dissertation, extent of understanding and satisfaction level about supervision relationship with supervisor, and effective factors affecting the choice of supervisor. A quantitative research approach and a descriptive survey method are used. The research populations were all the graduate students at University of Kurdistan and sample of the study was 200 students. A stratified random sampling proportional to size is used. In this study, three normalized questionnaires are applied. Results showed that professor’s interaction style their and their social behavior with students have the highest ranks for selecting a supervisor. Results also indicated that most students are demanding a structural guidance style from their supervisors. Also, most students report a high satisfaction level about skills, personality and experience of their teachers. But, they believe that professors tend to have less structural style and therefore, call for a greater involvement of them in completing the thesis. Furthermore, significant differences in opinions were observed between the student’s opinions concerning the relationship of regulatory supervisor and factors involved in choosing supervisors considering the type of schools and their gender. Holding workshops for professors and students and providing a clear description is suggested. هدف کلی تحقیق، بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی ارشد در خصوص نقش استاد راهنما و دانشجو در فرایند تهیه پایان نامه، چگونگی درک و میزان رضایت از رابطه نظارتی با استاد راهنما و عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب استاد راهنما بود. رویکرد تحقیق کمی و روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق دانشجویان دوره کارشناسی ارشد دانشگاه کردستان و نمونه شامل 200 نفر دانشجو بودند. نمونه‌گیری به شیوه طبقه‌ای متناسب با حجم انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه هنجاریابی شده، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که برای انتخاب استاد راهنما عوامل طرز برخورد و رفتار اجتماعی استاد با دانشجویان دارای بالاترین رتبه بودند. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که بیشتر دانشجویان خواهان یک سبک ساختاری راهنمایی از طرف استادان راهنما هستند. همچنین، بیشتر دانشجویان گزارش کردند که بیشترین رضایت را از میزان مهارت‌ها، شخصیت و تجربه استادانشان دارند، اما معتقد بودند که استادان گرایش کمتری به سبک ساختاری دارند و لذا خواهان دخالت بیشتری از طرف استادانشان در جریان تکمیل پایان نامه بودند. علاوه براین، تفاوت‌های معنی‌داری بین میانگین نظرهای دانشجویان در زمینه رابطه نظارتی استادان راهنما، عوامل دخیل در انتخاب استاد راهنما با توجه به نوع دانشکده‌ها و جنسیت آنها مشاهده گردید. تشکیل کارگاههای آموزشی برای استادان راهنما و دانشجویان و ارایه توصیفی روشن و صریح از نقش استاد راهنما و دانشجو به آنان پیشنهاد می گردد.
