The aim of this research was to compare the effects of two kinds of therapy two kind of therapy, medical therapy, cognitive-behvior-medical therapy on memory positive bias of bipolar patients. 100 bipolar patiens that had not taken any therapies, and were in depression phase, were choosen. 3 groups in a simple random way were choosen, with 15 persons in each group. The first group was control, the second group took just medical therapy and the third group took cognitive-behavior-medical therapy.
